4) tighten up the "who gets to enter with the family" rules
5) vasectomy for American families with nine kids in the house.
6) all immigrants, able bodied, not of school or retirement age, must be working as long as they are here on visas.
7) offer of citizenship for military service
Perhaps then, it will be easier to weed out the bad ones.
