Texas highly regulates all Insurance at the state level. All Insurance, including Federal programs (Healthcare saving accounts, Medicaid, Medicare etc...)
I do understand the Feds set broad guidelines.

No thanks, I do not want a US President telling states to legislate discrimination or an immoral act to promote some wacko agenda for 200,000 people that live in America.
