Nixon for one; he STARTED the EPA, the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act. This was unprecedented by any president. Another one is Teddy Roosevelt; he started what is now our National Park and U.S. Forest Service system. Franklin Roosevelt started the CCC and the AAA. These are all hard facts and far surpass George Bush.

You have completed screwed up interpretation of what Bush has actually done...which is actually to role back environmental protection.
