Unless you are in the high end of the 28% tax bracket or higher..(which in your case is highly unlikly).YES...the Bush tax cuts have been MORE then offset by inflation..not to mention..stagflation..(do a Google search..hurry) which was caused in part by the tax cuts.
I notice you glossed over the deficit also caused by the tax cuts..I would avoid that subject too if I were you....but like i said, your kids wont be able to
And you are as ususal..wrong...when you say...a President has very little to do with the economy.
A president has little to do with PERSONAL success.
The way to survive a failed presidency, is through being educated and throgh hard work and planning.
Do that, and Taxes and inflation/stagflation are not quite so painful

Here is a clue. What is inflation? What happens to salaries during inflation? Figure that out and you will begin to get why your logic is flawed.
Anyway, on to your other rants: we are not suffering from stagflation. Fairly close to it, but not there yet. So don't throw out words you found in a website. You have no idea what causes stagflation and why that has little to do with the topic. I have noticed that you like to throw out such words to create the illusion that you know what you are talking about, but in general, you use them wrong.
As for the deficit, so what? Deficits are not always bad. And for the most part it is irrelevant to the discussion at hand. This is another tendency I have noticed from you. When you feel that you position is being eroded, you throw in something completely irrelevant and pretend that is what the debate is all about. It isn't.
Once again you continue to insist that I said something I didn't. I already said that the President doesn't have much to do with the economy, yet either you haven't read (or more likely have not understood) that or you are just a dishonest prat who thinks she is fooling everyone by insisting upon that.
As for personal success, I agree. I have done very well for myself this past 8 years. Has little to do with Bush, though not wasting more money in taxation certainly doesn't hurt.
