First, as a supporter of Obama that would not include me. I am a not very far off from you, being an Episcopalian. I do not like Wright sticking his 'ass in everywhere' and he does need to go away; Hagee should be the same. Will it be a problem for Obama when head to head against McCain; all you have to do is look at what the Republican Party did in NC to Obama. It is despicable but McCain did denounce that, I will give him credit there.

If you are taking about very ignorant people who chose to not see Wright for what he is then yes. I would take an 'educated guess' that is not a majority of Obama supporters. There are going to be some very ignorant evangelical supporters of McCain who do not see what is going on that side either. So be it...

This election cycle started a little after 2006.

Farrakhan has been in the news for quite a while, Hagee has not. Farrakhan has been in the news for quite a few things over the years.
I have seen Hagee for a while because of his advertisements for his show. This has been going on for years, very possible you have not seen that. I would estimate he has gained more of the spotlight since 2000. Yes, Farrakhan dates way back just about to Malcolm X and other Black activists.
