Like I already said, it doesn't mean that at all, some kids don't want to learn, it doesn't mean their teachear sucks. Some people are just plain dumb, that also is not the fault of their teachear or principal. This sounds like a crock to me. In turn, our kids have better teachers and these teachers are forced to do their job or they also get fired.
