I agree with a whole lot of what you've said in your post...especially that one cannot have a rational conversation with an irrational mind. That being said, I do have to say that some of the folks here are an interesting character study. It's interesting to see what makes people tick...although it's difficult to know what that is for sure when analysing an irrational mind on a message board.

Sometimes I wonder if these "characters" on this site are made up and merely playing a part in a performance. Other times I think they truly do represent the truth about themselves on some deep level...perhaps repressed in the real world, but easy to exhibit here, thus allowing their rants to roam free.
