Default Question

Is there an age limit to allowing persons to become citizens of the US, I really don't know the answer and figured someone here might know that. In other words do we allow a 64 year old immigrant to become a citizen with full benefits when he/she turns 65 thus putting more strain on our already failing social security benefits when they may only work for a year or so? I was just thinking, hmmm, no wonder it won't be around when I retire and why should hard working americans that have paid into social security all of their working lives be given less money due to this type of strain on the system.
