Anyone who ignores the evidence to condemn innocent men is not worthy of respect. Their hearts were in looking good and feeling better about themselves and not about condemning campus rapes. There are a lot of rapes and more of them need to be reported but there is a stigma attached to being a rape victim and the 80 jackasses at Duke made it harder by their actions.

I don't think their intentions were about their reputation.
too often schools try to keep it 'in house' and thus stop it from being reported. it sucks for a school to have tis star QB arrested for rape.
I think if anything they made it easier, girls at Duke at least know their professors will condemn their attackers.
