First of all ,incompetance or eneptitude is not criminal.Hiring bad advisers
isnt criminal.How many times do we half to go over it .The CIA and advisers
swore there were wmd"s.Most the house and senate voted for war.
I run a business and if I let an employee skim the retirement account, it does
not make me a criminal.It makes me unqualified at the most.
There is corruption and greed in any busness.No lies have ever been proven

get people out.The other thing ,is why should the rest of the nation keep paying for people to live below sea level.
