Good for her, they will also point out that political parties are an 'ad hoc' process and not protected by the Constitution. You can site 'good faith' all you want but give me specific wording that tells how poltical parties are supposed to forward a candidate? If you are right then many candidates from the past could be challanged due to the process because they were not 'represetative' of the voters in their entirety.

Honestly, for a person who proclaims thier political independence so fervently you are not understanding the contradiction you present within your own logic.
