The question I would pose to the lib Messiah, would be this. If talks are the prescription, then how was it as a State Senator in IL did you not attempt this strategy, to end gang wars in Chicago. If this were the proper way to end violence, then why don't the libs who run the major cities employ this? Their cities are over run with crimes, murders rise yearly, and yet all they do is spend more money on law enforcement, and never have tried to negotiate for peace.
