You and I can disagree as to whether terrorists have rights. In principal, I suppose your right but emotionally I think your wrong. Again, you may be a better person than I in that regard.
As far as being in Iraq at all, I stand by my earlier statement. had I known that Rumsfeld and Co. would have been so ill-prepared during the initial invasion (& subsequent 4 years) then I'd be with you. However, in fairness there were other reason to go in there besides WMD's and that's what I supported.

I do agree that Katrina had many 'guilty' parties. There was no reason to go into Iraq.
