You know your post here is brave: you have hit on one of the really BIG problems that we face in the nation today, and a problem that no one has the courage to discuss or comment on. Its sort of like everyone thinks it is "un-american" to talk about how our over-the-top & out-of-control birth rate is crippling the country: we act as if it is a "constitutional" right to procreate, and anyone who disagrees is not a patriot.

There is no law saying that people can't have babies, but those who do have them shouldn't have any right to expect the taxpayers to take care of their needs. If indigents have children and can't feed them, let them die! That would stop the cycle of poverty.
