Your amendment is in itself, contrary to the constitution. The whole point of a REPUBLIC, which this is, (not a democracy) is to protect the rights of the MINORITY. This is not, nor was it ever meant to be a "majority rules" country.

Never mind that it violates freedom of the press. It is YOUR responsibility to be able to filter through the information the press provides. If you don't like it, don't read/watch it. It's easy. The American public seems to have this idea that they are not responsible for anything, it's always the other guy's problem.
