So please make your case explanitory on a logical level.... You left a shitload of holes.....
That is the dirty little secret. Often times a good bill gets loaded down with pork that has nothing to do with the original bill. So one would have to see the ENTIRE bill before casting judgment on the veto.

Congress does this all too often. They take a good bill and load it up with pork and then dare the president to veto it. It is political and I would blame the Democrat congress if this bill was loaded with unrelated pork just to make political hay off the President.
