Not at all. How long does a child exist for and how long is a fetus around for? A child is in existence for over 20 times longer, there are many more of them and they are very vocal. When was the last time you heard of a fetus getting hit by a car? Fetuses are invisable, have no voice and therefore only a very small activist organisation to speak for them.
