There's so much to respond to. He thinks he's a hero to the libs. Aside from Sheehan, he will be disregarded by that lard ass Murtha. The rest of the libs in Congress could care less whether this deserter lives or dies.

So he refuses to fulfill his duty. I don't think he was drafted into the Armed Forces, so it seems the Military should make an example of this turd.

Here's where it get interesting. If I were the Military I would place him in the toughest brig, and make this ass wish he was a towel head in Gitmo. I would make his defense attorney prove the war is illegal. He's made a claim, so prove it. for a number of years libs have been allowed to make the same claim, and never offer proof.

If indeed the war is illegal, then Bush and Cheney would be in a Federal pen, wearing soap on a rope. But either this is a legal or its not. Either the libs who claim Bush is stupid, are dumber than he is, and it is still an illegal war and Bush is getting away with it, or it is and has been conducted with every measure of compliance within the framework of the Constitution. At which case the libs are still dummies.

His claim reminds me of a point not yet picked up on Obama and his church. There are thousands of members who heard Wright state the govt invented AIDs so as to kill off blacks. Now these people sit there and listen, knowing they have the ear of a US Senator whom they could ask to investigate these charges. But no one is of the mind to do this. Meanwhile the US Senator doesn't take the initiative to spearhead an investigation on his own.

Now based upon that, these are by far the dumbest church members since Jim Jones' congregation. And the head dummy is Obama.

My point is this. Libs are allowed to make false statements, and are never challenged to prove it. So the claim lingers out there and becomes an urban legend.
