Evidently too many have been listening to rightwing radio. The decision was based on California's state constitution and decided by a 'conservative' court. 6 of the 7 justices were appointed by Republican Governors--you know, those wacky 'liberal' governors we had in office, like...Pete Wilson and George Dukmejian.
