Cyber bullying is a lot easier to avoid than a realistic high school prick. Can't they(the prey) just wander off and or ignore via technology and it's block buttons.

Though accessing multiple accounts just to offend someone whether they kill them or not seems like it's a little childish and some kind of punishment should be enforced on that person, not saying it should be the 5-0 but maybe some cyberspace higher power using it's "divine" banning powers.
