I consider myself entirely American. But when I think about it, I come from a completely German background and married a German born woman. (The "Lisa" is from "Elisabeth") We all speak English and interact as any other Americans would, but we did seek out our own culture for marraige.

Marriage is hard enough between people with the same experiences and culture, imagine adding the problems being of different cultures bring.
Though in my case, I hit the jackpot, cultural and language differences included.
