There was no way he could invade Japan and get any support so he set up a scenario that would make it appear that the Air Force used a secret weapon. Truman, with the help of various Jewish Hollywood moguls had an aircraft painted to look like the Enola Gay, complete with fake women, and with the full knowledge of the military high command in the Pacific. However, it was Nathan, with the bomb stored in the hull of a Japanese scow that floated into the Hiroshima harbor that did all the damage. The guy is evil.
