Jacks timelie should be coupled with the track fo the storm further out. Nobody knew for sure if it would hit NO or where lese it would and the sudden change in direction came with a rapid upgrade from 2-5 magnitude.

Many poeple could not get out even when trying to and many more couldnt afford the money it would take to even try.
