In Africa, the majority of the masses are grateful for the Red Cross, and the American, and for a host of others living off of the continent (and some on) that render aid. The problem we deal with there is not the masses. It is the warlords and gang leaders that steal the good and merchandise intended for distribution to aid the starving. They then peddle these things after the fashion of black marketeers and drug dealers. Liberals prevent the extermination of the warlords and gang leaders. The warlords and gang leaders simply suck the life out of their communities like leeches, under the free protection of the liberal idiots around the globe. If you remove the upper tier of the criminal element from the equation, everything falls into line rather quickly.
Great fortunes are made on the investment of dollars into the emerging community. You invest in something for a nominal fee, and it soon increases in value. It is important to develop the underprivledged and bring them into the camp. They will pay taxes, create wealth, opportunity, add to science, education, the arts, government. There is a wealth of talent in the third world.....if you can get it to emerge without interference, and none of this has anything to do with race.
