Imust retract my original asessment.My reason isI did not go farenough on the site for the link. click the link, then clickthe picture of the little car. In the vedio the little car is not the one the brother smodified. The correct car is in the vedio also.
Idonot think what they did would , or should have made it illegal in any state. It appears to be a normal Honda with batteries and charger added.
Ithinkit gusthasnot been tested to point and must gothrough that process before it could be classed as legal. You know, red tape and lobbying against is probably somewhere in the mix.
