That's also not really true, given the current incarceration rate, I'd say that punishment is handed out both unevenly and frequently.

Prove to me that this is a bad thing. Why were people being trapped in unhappy marriages living a somehow morally superior life to those who seek to seperate?
You yourself have shown me the bible verse that says Divorce is okay in certain circumstances, and a lack of mutual satisfaction seems to be acceptable in the verse you gave.

Divorced famillies make up half the population. Of those, not all, or even most of them are strictly "single-Parent" both parents participate in the life of the child to as equal a degree as they can. How would it be the norm when its not the majority state?

Prove to me that this is what's happening. 1 million people are incarcerated in this country, one of the highest prison populations in the world, and easilly the highest in the industrialized world. Where does this illusion that liberals have somehow made the country soft on crime even come from?

This is a great start. I'd like it best if you picked either Crime or Divorce as your issue since those seem to be the two you're after here, but if we have to do both at once, so be it.
