Even though Bush has recognized global warming as "climate change", putting a slight spin on the term, no policy change has accompanied this. In fact, Bush has not put any regulation of greenhouse gases since he was elected in 2000.

A lot of you may not be a big fan of Al Gore, but is he seriously worse than his counterpart in the 2000 Presidential Election? I know it is difficult to compare the two situations; and it is also hard to predict what Gore would have done in office at the time, but my bet would be that he would have more than a 30% approval rating. We probably wouldn't be stuck in the middle of a religious war either.
