The part of the article that bothers me is "More vets aware of the benefits and quicker to file for them." Tricare and with the majority of the military will not tell you of benefits you can receive. It's mostly word of mouth.
My brother-in-law finally got treatment and disability benefits for his PTSD...talk about a fiasco and jumping through hoops.

He was a Marine...
