I share your .....intent ......... (I'm assuming you refer to the buraeucrats and their minions)..... but I caution you to beware what you wish for.....the way most of govt. (from local to federal) is setup .....we'd end up paying the bastards at somewhere near their their last rate of "salary" for a "retirement" benefit" and that wouldn't "solve" .....shit ..... I'd favor a a system that explained to them ......you have sucked the public "tit" successfully for way too long.... now..... you need to look out for yourself.....
