I mentioned this topic in another thread wondering the legal grounds of both Delegates and the popular vote. It appears to me both would have a legitimate case to be heard in court....


If removing the delegates and popular vote is legal then the Democrat party has just taken a huge step toward communism. Not everyone is allowed to run for office in communist countries and the Dems are very close to becoming that if this was a legal move.
