Good point. I'm worried that the government will try and "fix" this problem by subsidizing gas prices. That would be a huge disaster, but as we have seen, lowering the gas price through manipulation--eliminating the gas tax--is on the table. Soon, if things continue, the government will probably have to subsidize trucking, or that super important sector of the economy will be in jeopardy
