Dom thanks for your efforts. Its good to know people like you care. I mean Steve K said an eloquent thing about ignoring these fools and I know deep down inside he's right but I think everytime I see someone like you fighting back, it also gives me hope and reminds me of the good in people.


You know I would say this to non Jews. You may not realize it but when you stand up to neo Nazis, and someone like me who is a Jew sees that, then if you want to tell me something critical of Israel, I am not frightened to listen. It makes it easier for me to listen.

Now when I say frightened its not manifested by wimpering or running from you, actually its the exact opposite, its manifested in me feeling like my very existence is being threatened and so the survival instinct kickw in. If anything when that happens you won't see any emotion, just this dettached resolved calm determination and extreme focus.

What both Jews and Muslims need if we are to ever break our impasse is what we all need, people whether they are Jews, Muslims, Christians, Bahaiis, Hindus, atheists what-ever, being honest with one another and not being frightened to stand up to people that try suggest hating one another is justified. It never is just as violence never is.

Each time you stand up to this shit, you create the possibility of peace for others whether you really believe that or not.

If there is to be peace in the Middle East or anywhere else, it needs people like you to take a stand like you are doing and it doesn't take much more then what you did or what Steve did. You are both pieces of the peace puzzle.
