You mentioned NONE of that when you made the compound statement. You said tht they had a bunch of children, had stick figures in the windows, and had a SUV. THAT is what you mentioned when you said your son said it looked like a compound. Tell me, which one of those three things make it a compound? What were you referring to when you said it was funny considering the news?

you were the one referring to family size, but that is beside the point. Maybe you weren't, but in that cse I am interested in knowing how owning an SUV or having stikck figures in your windows qualifies as a compound.
