Exactly...
Hagee is one of the most influential and leading Christian evangelists. He has been foaming at the mouth for a mid east conflict, especially a war with Iran. He wants to line it all up to fit the prophesy.
Hagee has been repeatedly quoted and recorded as telling his followers that if you are not with his beliefs of supporting a mideast nuclear conflict, then you might be cursed by God. He likes to to reference Gen.12:3 when he delivers this nugget of wisdom.
Specifically, Hagee supported Bush and now supports McCain because he believes they will help "hurry up" events leading to Armageddon.
It is that simple.
