That Al Qaeda knew of 9/11 in advance is clear by their assassination of the leader of the Northern Alliance on the next day, in an attempt to destroy the only opposition the US could rely on in the region. the people of interest in this conversation would be US government officials though

That it can't be "proved" is irrelevant. Probability enters into this discussion. You want to go for the least probable explanation, with no evidence to back it up. That is what makes you a loon.
