Not really, leaving oral sex aside for the moment, anal sex is the ONLY way homosexuals can have sex, whereas heteros can have sex that way. So it is the difference between a potential and an absolute.
Again, you don't have to agree, but it is a rational argument, just not (IMO) a terribly convincing one.
