Sorry, but murders are not proof of conspiracy. People want to make sense of mindless brutality, so they blame many outside groups. Catholics have been accused of this by protestants, Satanists were accused of this during the late 80's/early 90's. These things never happened by conspiracy, but every 30 years or so some new group is targeted.
