When you deny the facts that sit in front of your face, you lose any facade of respectability or validity that you might hope to maintain..
It's entirely possible to move 3 million people, history is full of these sort of things. It's entirely logical to move them, as you want to use them as slave labor, for medical experiments, and you don't want your soldiers doing this sort of thing, it was a task reserved for the more strictly trained SS soldiers. The fact that moving them also allowed you to keep records (which the nazis did, using IBM adding machines) and satisfy that Teutonic need for order and precisely engineered solutions.
As it is, your posturing and screaming about logic doesn't impress anyone, and it certainly won't convince anyone besides your friends from stormfart.
