Maybe, but I think it may have just taken longer for an Allied victory. The decision to go into the Soviet Union and then delay Barbarossa pretty much did him in. At that point I don't think winning was really all that likely, no matter who was marshalling the forces. By 1945 atomic bombs may well have been used on Berlin instead of Nagasaki and Hiroshima.
