Default Forefather's would change Constitution how?

We all have opinions of the Constitution's authors intent on doing while creating it. Sometimes they were very specific and other times not.

Based on your opinion of their INTENT what do you think they would change (if anything) about the Constitution had they been able to see America today?

My opinion---- One thing stands out to me more than anything else. That is the 10th Amendment which states :
" The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. "

I think they would have somehow given that ammendment much more power!
