Well they are going to pay for it by taking the money from Iraq and military.
Good old bill almost distroyed the military with all the cutbacks he did.
The money they save from taking it away from the military is going to help pay the health care plan. Then they are going to raise taxes to cover the rest. Hell I wouldn't doubt that obama would raise the gas tax to help cover the funds.
