State sponsored terror is a matter of perception. IN most of the world America is the largest sponsor of state terror. Lots of it is based on religion for most redneck American fanatics.
IN terms of American foreign policy terrorists should only denote a religious fanatic committing a violent act.
Some freaks try to give everybody a terrorists label for all sorts of reason even Political adversary's and common criminals a. Not that violent crime isn't terrifying. Just that for clarity with the Americans terrorists should be reserved to religious nut bags.
