Truth is the decision was called "The cure for a disease that did not exist." Studies have shown that there is no real voter fraud in Indiana. Republicans were all for it because it excises democrats out of their American right to vote with the usual dirty tricks served as genuine concern (see: WMD).

Which part of the Constitution guarantees the right to vote?
Every time a Democratic looses an election there is always claims of voter fraud. 2000, 2004 are two examples. In 2000 a Democratic even tried to steal the presidency by SUING. Yet when an attempt at preventing fraud is made liberals SUE to stop the prevention of fraud.
It is time that false claims at voter fraud by either side is treated as harshly as actual voter fraud as the attempt is to undermine legitimate elections. I have no doubt that liberals would sue to stop that as well.
