Berkshire Hathaway had a profit of 20% higher. Exxon 2.8% on growth of 7.4% meaning their margin was less. meaning they gave up a lot of potential profit. So are you really going to penalize a company for lowering their margin? Did you even read the website you listed?
How much did Exxon give to charities? They too are known for generous donations. In fact all large corporations give a tremendous amount of money to charity. Unlike Buffett they do not bragging about how generous they are.
If Obama or Clinton starts penalizing Exxon who do you think they are going to pass their additional costs on to? The people at the gas pump.
