So it's a scheme aimed at a particular social demographic. We have teenage pregnancy drives over here that by and large are aimed at the great unwashed, and with good reason. They're the ones having all the teenage kids, by and large. And yet this doesn't tackle the root cause of the root cause of the problem. That is, social deprivation. That's the real problem, which no-one seems to give two fucks about and you seem to have missed entirely.
