You lay provolone on top of ziti? Are you sure you're a ginzo? .
I'm surprised you never heard of that sandwich.....I doubt you have to travel down here to get one....check with any local Italian joint....Pizza shop...Deli. They'll be able to make you one.

I put both sausage and provolone in my Ziti........I toss a handful or so of Mozzarella in my Rigota that goes in, but it gets topped with Provolone. I make it how they like to eat it....capice?

Ohhh boyeeee....you don't know what's good for you....any and ALL cheeses are great melted. I put swiss on my tuna melts.
