Very nice. Now...how do you measure teachers by the product...the product that is another human being. A product that that teacher sees only about one hour a day, about 180 days a year (if the kid shows up), and is not in control of that product's background, motivation, and other baggage?

You have just presented the proof, of my argument. The liberals have no true sense of just what justifies priorities in the nation. Its no wonder we as nation are now resting at the bottom of the food chain in the area of education. Just why are the conditions as such as you have described? Could it be the way that all our so called civil liberties have been protected by the Communists in this nation passing themselves off as liberals? You take the reason for moral fiber out the school system, the transcending authority of the creator, and this is the results. It can be nothing else. Is the 2% that do not wish to place their hand upon the Holy Bible and swear an oath of allegiance to the morality thereof worth the collapse of our entire education system? We are a Republic not a socialist democracy, and this nation was founded upon the principals of the transcending authority of a higher power....when you remove this principal, you remove the morality.
