simple because it is profitable not to. We pretend to have a shortage today so that we can insure that there will be some to sell tomorrow at an even higher price. Money talks baby. You act like oil companies give a fuck about the American people. They don't. It doesn't matter what we have if the oil companies are not willing to process it.
