These programs are great " PR", but won't curb gun violence in these cities. Don't worry, the criminals still kept their guns. Guaranteed most of the guns turned in weren't worth much and the motivation of a $100 credit card helped out.
Shootings increase when the temps increase. It was warm in Chicago this past weekend. The thugs came out of hibernation.

We had a gang problem in certain areas and the police wiped them out in 3 months.
Chicago needs to take notes and/or get some new Politicians.
