It's difficult enough to keep on topic on these forums, without throwing such items as Asian-Americans being thrown in concentration camps during WWII, and the other things you mention above.
Also, what part of the 4th didn't you get? Before your Commander-in-Chimp hit the scene, all government agiencies where required to get a warrent. They do not need to do this any longer. The 4th has effectively been erased.
